The nurses also help with stuff other than just health, such as cleaning or preparing a meal.
If that's something that the patient will need, then it's easy to see why personality is important. You obviously want someone with a nice personality doing those things, not someone with a rude and unappreciative demeanor. So, make sure to talk to the nurse before hiring them - It will save you from a lot of headaches.
2.) Their Experience Level
Another thing you must do is to make sure the nurse is qualified. Who wants an unqualified nurse, right? Also, be certain that the nurse is able to handle all the tasks that the patient needs assistance with.
More experience means they'll take care of everything more efficiently and nicely. It's just going to make it better for your loved one's situation. This is a no-brainer as well.
